This year marks the 25th anniversary of 9/11.

To honor the lives lost and the heroes of September 11, 2001, students from Freedom and Liberty High Schools are taking part in “The Climb.”

Participants will challenge themselves to either climb 2,200 stairs—the equivalent of the 110 flights of stairs in one of the World Trade Center towers—or walk 3 miles around the Bethlehem Area School District track.

While this event is strictly for students, we encourage our listeners to support this noble cause by making a donation to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, an organization dedicated to providing mortgage-free homes to catastrophically injured veterans, first responders, and families of fallen heroes.
