Emery Distributors

Emery Distributors is a family owned, strictly wholesale, hobby distributorship that came out of our experiences growing up in our father’s hobby shop. Founded in 1962 as Tri-County Distributors, the company has grown into Emery Distributors, operating out of a modern, solar heated 25,000 square foot warehouse. We have seen many changes and many constants in that time; none, however, have changed our commitment to serve hobby retailers. Since we do not sell retail, our success depends entirely on our dealers’ success.
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Completing shipments
  • Caintaining inventory
  • Packing orders for shipment or customer pick up
  • Stacking shipments in the appropriate manner
  • Checking incoming shipments for accuracy
  • Organizing and stocking merchandise to shelves and/or bulk locations
  • Maintaining computer notes
  • Identifying inventory locations
  • Sssisting customers with the loading of their vehicles
  • Keeping merchandise stocked on shelves in an orderly fashion
  • Accepting shipments by truck or package delivery
  • Recording incoming shipments
  • Picking orders for shipment
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work
  • Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Completing inventory counts and reports
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Processing shipments for UPS, FedEx by computer entry and proper stacking
